Members of Unite made redundant by AMT-Sybex, a wholly-owned subsidiary of outsourcing giant Capita, will be joined by supporters tomorrow (Thursday) at the Department of Finance (Merrion Street) to hand in a letter to Minister Paschal Donohoe highlighting the ongoing failure by Capita to pay enhanced redundancy terms recommended by the Labour Court.
