20/5/2018. The Search For Jastine Valdez. Gardai at the scene in Cherrywood Business Parl last night, where a man with a knive was shot dead by gardai. The man was believed to be involved in the abduction of 24yr old Jastine Valdez near Enniskerry in County Wicklow on Saturday evening. Ms Valdez has still not been found an dthe death of the man will make that job more difficult. The shooting has been referred to the Garda Ombudsman Commission (GSOC), as is required when a garda discharges a weapon. Eamonn Farrell/RollingNews.ie
