27/5/2019. RDS Count Centre. Clare Daly of Independents4Change,and members of her team go backstage at the Dublin count centre to question the Returning Officer on his intentions regarding the destribution of the votes of Sinn Fein candidate Lynn Boylan. Eventually a decision was made to suspend the count until 11.00am tomorrow morning to seek clarity on the law. The dispute arose between Ms.Daly's team and the Barry Andrews FF team over the correct way to treat outstanding transfers to both candidates.
