End.10/08/2016. Public Services Card. Fine Gael Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, Paschal Donohoe, TD, at the Public Services Card Centre, D'Olier House in Dublin today after he registered for a Public Services Card (PSC) with the Department of Social Protection. The Minister called on all those over age 18 who have not yet signed up for a PSC to do so at their earliest convenience. The PSC is designed to assist people in accessing a range of government services. Initially, this will be focused on social welfare payments such as child and jobseekers benefits, as well as the free travel pass and state pensions.
