Pictured today are building works taking place on the site of the new National Children’s Hospital in Dublin. The National Paediatric Hospital Development Board is reporting to the Oireachtas Health Committee this morning, and is expected to tell them that the main contractor on the project, BAM, has been underperforming and has submitted claims for hundreds of millions of euro extra.
