FILE PHOTO Taoiseach Micheal Martin will today issue an apology on behalf of the State to the survivors of Mother and Baby homes END 11/06/2014. Justice for the Tuam Babies march. Members of the public gather at the back of Leinster House this evening, where a vigil was held to demand justice for the mothers and children who endured cruelty at the hands of the State. In recent weeks the story has gained widespread media interest, with numerous groups calling for a full, public, judicial inquiry into alleged vaccine trails; illegal adoptions and high infant mortality rates at these homes.
