14/12/2017. LUAS SHOEBOX APPEAL 2017. Pictured Donahies community school, Caithlyn Hutton, Gavin Donegan, teacher Caitriona Cunningham, Taylor Massey, Taylor Massey and Teacher Con Kelly joined people at the Luas and Inner City Helping Homeless - Shoebox Appeal in aid of the Homeless Connolly Station. With record numbers of homeless people in Ireland and 3,194 children in emergency accommodation ICHH have teamed up with Luas/Transdev for our biggest event of the year, the annual Fill A Luas event in Connolly Station. The event will run from 7am-7pm at the luas platform on Connolly Station and we will be offering breakfast and lunch for the homeless. There will also be free haircuts, popcorn, candy floss, santa, giggles the clown and more on the day.
