17/7/2019 Significant Sláintecare announcements. Fine Gael Minister for Health Simon Harris at the Department of Health, Block 1, Miesian Plaza for Sláintecare announcement. The Minister for Health has confirmed the biggest restructuring of the HSE since it was founded 15 years ago.
The Minister has created six regional health boards, a structure that was there before the HSE, will devolve power from the central HSE.
